Proof reading and liabilities
When stationery is purchased, an information sheet must be completed by the purchaser by email. A draft of all text will be emailed to the purchaser for proof-reading. After the text has been agreed Tigerlily Designs is not liable for any errors. Should Tigerlily Designs make an errors at this stage, they will, of course, be rectified at no cost to the purchaser as soon as possible.

Minimum order
There is no minimum order size for the collections manufactured by Tigerlily Designs. DIY kits are sold in packs of 10.  I recommend that you purchase a few extra pieces to allow for last minute guests or changes.

Samples
Samples cost £3.00 each, please allow 7 days for delivery.  Delivery costs £3.00 for up to 3 samples.

Shipping
Postage will be by Royal Mail.
Postage costs up to maximum of £12.00 depending on size of order.

Returns
Due to the bespoke and handmade nature of the collections no returns are accepted (unless Tigerlily Designs has made an error after the proof-reading stage).  Please make use of the sample service to see the quality and design before ordering.
